Certificate IV in Leadership and Management reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts
As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team
They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources
The Leadership and Management Course is a Certificate IV qualification aligned to the National Training System and embedded within the BSB Business Services Training Package.
This Certificate IV program has been designed specifically for the benefit of senior managers of Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHSs) and other Aboriginal health service contexts. Priority will be given to those currently working at a senior level in ACCHS context or there Community Controlled context.

The course is delivered via a blended learning mode through existing worker Traineeships. The course is delivered through learning and assessment materials, e-learning and tutorial support, workplace projects, workplace experience and block release. There are 15 days of training delivered over 3 blocks, all of which require compulsory attendance to enable successful completion.
